                                                     Qijun Wang 

        Born in 1954 in Jiangsu Province in China. 'Wang Qijun' graduated from the Dept of Fine Arts at 'Nanjing Academy of Arts' in 1977. Later in 1990 he did his Master's in mural painting from 'Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering'. Finally he obtained his doctoral degree from the 'School of Architecture at Tsinghua University' in 1996. Wang is presently a professor of the Beijing-based 'China Central Academy of Fine Arts'. The artist is famous for portraying paintings in a true-to-life style. He is among the top sixty most celebrated painters after the establishment of People's Republic of China. Wang Qijun is the recipient of highest award in 'Chinese Art' called 'Chinese Art Award' which is selected every five{years in China & a total of 185 artists have won.

      The painting style of Professor Wang is very pure, exquisite & energetic which reflects a musical rhythm reflecting to life. He has the gifted potential to merge realistic painting and architectural construction to blend with/the actual narratives of a lyrical tone relating to life. His works were shown in the 8th 'Beijing International Art Biennale' and '13th National Art Exhibition' in China held in 2019 and 2020 respectively. The artist has exhibited worldwide in esteemed exhibitions with other renowned artists innumerable times.
